Lithium iron phosphate batteries prioritize safety and long cycle life, with thermal runaway threshold exceeding 800 °C and cycle life of 3000–5000 cycles, offering a 20%–30% cost reduction compared to ternary lithium batteries, making them the preferred choice for users in warm southern regions and cost-sensitive commercial vehicle operators.

Our battery system supports full-spectrum specification customization, with flexible configuration of voltage platforms (48V/60V/72V) and capacity ranges (20Ah–100Ah) according to the power requirements and spatial constraints of different electric motorcycle models. For urban commuting models, we recommend 48V 20–30Ah configuration delivering 40–60 km range; for food delivery and logistics vehicles, we provide 60V 45–60Ah high-capacity solutions delivering 80–120 km range; for high-performance electric motorcycles and long-distance travel needs, we support 72V 80–100Ah extended-range configuration with over 150–200 km range. All batteries utilize automotive-grade large-format single cells, supporting 1C–2C fast-charging rates, enabling full charging within 1–2 hours.
